Your MyMoto Rewards membership is an app-based program, valid for 12 months from the day you collect your car from a MyMoto dealership partner. Your membership is automatically renewed for another 12 months when you get your car serviced from any MyMoto Dealership Partner.

What is the $150 anystore card Referral Program?

If you have a family member or friend that wants to buy a car, you can earn $150 anystore card for referring them to a MyMoto dealership partner. Anytime someone you refer ends up buying a car from a MyMoto Dealership Partner, they will send you a $150 Anystore Gift Card - as a way of saying thank you.

Getting started with MyMoto Rewards

How do I join MyMoto Rewards?

To join MyMoto Rewards, you must have bought a car from a MyMoto Dealership Partner. It’s the only way to get exclusive access / login to the MyMoto Rewards Program and App after downloading.

Where can I use my rewards?

Search all offers within the App. Follow instructions in offers to get the discount. Most offers use discount codes at online checkouts. Some take you to exclusive website pages with offer included or direct to competition entry pages and lastly, few are show and save in style (in the app, access your digital membership card, show it at the business when buying).

How do I activate my account?

After you’ve picked up your car from a MyMoto Dealership partner, you will be sent an email and sms with download instructions to get the App and activate.

Trouble signing in?

It’s important you use the email address that you would have used when buying your car at the MyMoto Dealership Partner. If you’re having issues accessing your account, follow our troubleshooting tips or reset your password. If you’re still unable to access your account, please reach out to us at help@mymoto.com.au

We use the email address that you used with the MyMoto Dealership Partner when you bought your car. If you still can’t login please contact us.

I used to be able to login but I can’t now

Memberships are valid for 12 months after you pick up your car from the MyMoto Dealership Partner. If you maintain your car and service with any MyMoto Dealership Partner, your membership continues to be renewed annually. MyMoto Dealership Partner Service locations. If it’s been longer that 12 months since you bought your car and you haven’t serviced, your membership could have expired. Contact us for more information.

Redeeming rewards

How do I redeem an offer?

Found an offer you love? Redeeming it is easy! Just follow one of these three methods, depending on the offer:
  1. Show your digital MyMoto card in the app when visiting the business in person.
  2. Tap the special link provided in the app to access the offer directly.
  3. Use the MyMoto discount code at checkout when shopping on the partner’s website.

Buying and redeeming gift cards

How do I purchase a gift card?

You can browse a range of Nation wide gift cards on our app, once you select the one you would like to purchase, just add it to your cart and follow the prompts.

I purchased a gift card, but I wasn't able to receive it, what do I do?

Gift card process with Gratiffi:
Please go through the gift card terms and conditions and get in touch with the gift card provider, Gratiffi, to resolve any issues. They will be able to assist you with any gift card inquiries. We can assist you with the process, contact help@mymoto.com.au

Do gift cards expire?

Yes, each gift card includes its own terms and conditions, including the expiry or “use by” date. Be sure to review the terms and conditions carefully when purchasing a gift card, so you know how long you have to use it.

Closing my Account

How do I close my MyMoto Rewards account?

You can close your account anytime through the app or by emailing help@mymoto.com.au. When you do, we’ll delete your personal information. We may need to keep your details briefly to finish any outstanding requests (like a referral or support ticket), but once that’s done everything will be securely deleted.
